If you’re looking for eco-friendly products curated monthly to incorporate better products into every aspect of your life Kloverbox is a great way to do this. Kloverbox is a monthly subscription box service that sends you natural, cruelty-free and organic beauty, lifestyle, nutrition and healthy home products for $25 a month or less with a 3 month or 6 month subscription. I really like Kloverbox because some months are beauty products and others are lifestyle or a mix of both. I can’t get enough of green beauty products, shall we say obsessed, but I also need to incorporate the lifestyle products into my world. Now let’s see what was in the October 2015 Kloverbox.
This month Kloverbox came a little late in the month via USPS, but they emailed subscribers to let us know that they had some vendor issues. Full disclosure with subscription boxes is hard to come by and Kloverbox is great with open communication and customer service. The Kloverbox October 2015 theme was “A pinch of patience a dash of kindness a spoonful of laughter and a heap of love!” Always included is a handwritten thank you on the back of the information card that describes all of the products, costs and usually has a discount to buy more products. Love the personal touch!
There were 4 different towel designs that subscribers received. I really likes my purple artichoke towel that is 100% GOTS Certified Organic. The towel is 18 x 27 inches and has a hanging loop, which is great to use in my kitchen. The towel is designed in Brooklyn and manufactured fair trade in India. I really like getting dish towels like this in subscription boxes, because I don’t always buy these kind of towels for myself. I also like that the artist of the printed towel, Jane Buck, named her brand after her parents and takes inspiration “from a love of animals and nature, with a spot of humor thrown in for good measure.”
Red Flower Hand & Face Towelettes-$1.50 for 1 towelette/$5.00 set of 7
I received one of the Red Flower hand and face towelettes in italian blood orange and one towelette in wanderlust. I personally love hand and face towelettes because they’re easy to carry in my purse. The italian blood orange uses anti-material soft fiber cloths with whole essential oils of pink grapefruit. The wanderlust towelette uses whole essential oils of hinoki cypress wood, gurjum balsam resin and others oils and ingredients to moisturize and stimulate. Most importantly, Red Flower is free of synthetics, parabens, dyes, petrochemicals and sulfates, made with certified organic ingredients and cruelty free. I like the italian blood orange better than the wanderlust because the scent is more subtle to me. I don’t like to be overwhelmed by scents, but I still like the idea of these towelettes.
The Bee’s Wrap Sandwich Wrap is a sustainable food storage that can be used to wrap your sandwich in and used as a placemat. Bee’s wrap is a Green American certified Company and their products are reusable, biodegradable and compostable. Such a great item to replace plastic bags and the design is cute too.
Goodie Girl Cookies Quinoa Chocolate Chip 10 oz-$1.00
These Goodie Girl Cookies Quinoa Chocolate Chip are great. They’re little bite sized chocolate chip cookies that are gluten free and made with Quinoa. More please.
I’m happy with my October Kloverbox and the sustainable lifestyle products and the cookies I already ate. I would highly recommend Kloverbox if you want to try natural, organic, eco-conscious lifestyle and beauty products. If you want more information click here.
